New Webhooks: Contacts
We're more than doubling our webhook offering with 4 new event types centered around Contacts.

Contact.Created
Events for when a new contact is created in Podium. This could be from a new inbound lead, the Create a Contact endpoint, or from a user manually adding a contact on the Contacts page. Sync Podium contacts to keep external systems up to date with new leads!
Contact.Updated
Get updates when a contact is updated. These events include basic contact information such as Name, Phone, and Email, along with Tags and Attributes. This lets you always get the most up-to-date information about attributes from certain 3rd parties, and updates from some Podium products, such as Campaigns Opt-In status.
Contact.Deleted
Maybe a contact was made with the wrong number, or a contact needs to be removed from your system. Contact deleted events will let you keep external systems up to date.
Contact.Merged
Podium will automatically merge identical contacts to keep the Inbox and Contacts page clean. Get alerted when two identical contacts get merged.
