New Endpoints: CRUL Tags and CRUDL Attributes

Tie into the core of Podium with Contact Tags and Contact Attributes.

Contact Tags
Contact tags make it easy for Podium Inbox users to quickly see Has an external system decided someone is a VIP? Add that tag to their Podium Contact! Does an app need a new Super VIP Pro Max Plus tag? Now it can create one and start assigning them to contacts.
Contact Attributes
Attributes are extra pieces of data attached to a Podium Contact. Now, third party apps can add their own new attributes, such as a Membership ID , Address or Favorite Color. Contacts can then be created that contain this new information - and it's all viewable in the contact profile!
