Here are two new endpoints that make it easier to thank those who leave you great reviews, or address any negative reviews.
Getting reviews is important, but responding to them can be the difference between a customer choosing a business or going to a competitor. Not only do customers appreciate responses, but it makes a business seem more human, and it makes the experience more personalized.
