New Endpoints: Create, Update, Delete, & List Templates

Templates save you time and promote consistency in communication with your customers. Instead of typing out a new message each time you try to schedule an appointment or answer a question about billing, simply use a template.

We've added four new endpoints to help view and manage templates within Podium.

Message Variables

While template bodies support Podium Inbox variables, our Send a Message endpoint does not support variables. If a variable exists in the template that you wish to send, you must fill in the variables yourself before sending.
