New Endpoints: Create Conversation Notes, List all Conversations, Writeback Leads, and Attachments in the Message Object

We have three new endpoints, and an update to the Messages object this week.

Create Conversation Notes
Add an internal note to a conversation. Notes are a great way to give context to Podium users viewing the inbox.

List all Conversations
Get a list of all conversations in Podium to see how many conversations are open in the inbox and which locations they belong to.

Writeback Leads
For accounts with Podium's "Send to CRM" Lead Writeback enabled, hitting this endpoint will trigger an ADF email to be sent to populate the conversation into an external CRM.

Attachments in the Message Object
The Message Object now includes the attachmentUrl field. Message attachments, such as images, gifs, documents, and videos, can be received with the message webhooks so you never miss a message.
